TIVAR™ CleanStat FG UHMW-PE is a Food Grade material with electro static dissipative properties and EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520 food contact compliance. The material is a favored solution within the food processing and pharmaceutical industries for its superior corrosion and wear resistance, zero moisture absorption and good welding capabilities. TIVAR™ DrySlide UHMW-PE is a product with an internal lubricant built into the polymer matrix with higher molecular weight. TIVAR™ HPV FG UHMW-PE (Food Grade) is compliant with food regulations EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520. This bearing grade material has a built in dry lubricant that reduces the coefficient of friction in finished components by as much as 80%.
